- Salary: $130k + bonus
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

- Prior experience in manufacturing is essential
- Oversee monthly close process, financial statement preparation, accounts receivable accuracy, accounts payable supervision, payroll management, budget preparation, and tax projections
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting on a monthly basis
- Lead reconciliation of accounts, including bank/cash accounts and inventory
- Monitor cash flow, plan cash transactions, and provide cash management analyses
- Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation
- Supervise tax reporting and year-end financial audit
- Build and mentor an accounting team
- Review and enhance internal controls and processes
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- ERP system implementation experience
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
