Its employees appreciate its fairness, transparency, and attractive benefits. We are currently seeking a Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join the team in Beloit, OH.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating accounting and defining related processes, as well as participating in all financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
  • Managing all controlling processes with a focus on efficiency and profitability
  • Timely preparation of forecasts and annual budget planning
  • Acting as a business partner for local management and supporting the commercial management in projects and special topics
  • Direct contact person for stakeholders, such as the CFO or auditors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed degree in business administration (or equivalent), ideally with a focus on corporate finance, controlling, or accounting
  • Professional experience in controlling/reporting, preferably in the media industry
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting (P&L, cash flow statement)
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and HGB
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools and/or SAP FI
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in German and good English skills
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to keep track of things in a dynamic environment
