Description
  • Responsible for the implementation of contract-compliant and timely service delivery in the course of deployment orders for the setup, removal, and modification of SharePoint systems
  • Technical leadership of a virtual deployment team consisting of IT architects and IT operations employees for the setup of SharePoint systems
  • Taking responsibility for time, financial, and resource planning for deployment orders
  • End-to-end responsibility for managing changes and sub-orders for platform services in areas such as servers, databases, networks, etc., as well as corresponding reporting
  • Technical responsibility for compliance and continuous improvement of the established SharePoint deployment process in collaboration with the service team
  • Completed degree or comparable education in the field of business and/or computer science
  • Approximately 5 years of professional experience in managing SharePoint environments with more than 5000 users, as well as experience in technical leadership and project management
  • Excellent knowledge in the areas of MS server networks, MSSQL, and MS SharePoint
  • Good knowledge in managing collaboration solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint and ITIL
  • High level of customer orientation and teamwork, above-average initiative, and willingness to adapt and take on new challenges
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken, and a solid understanding of the English language
