    Description
    Century Group is working with a client who is seeking a temporary Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $38 to $45 per hour.


    Job Description:
    General Ledger

    Work closely with Team in coordination of month end close
    Work closely with FP&A in coordination of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
    Coordinate accounting for prepaid assets, accrued expenses/liabilities, monthly amortization entries, and account reconciliations
    Manage daily bank activities, and weekly/monthly bank account reconciliations
    Create and review journal entries
    Assist in corporate financial reporting objectives including yearly audit and tax filings

    Reporting Packages / Analysis / Other

    Prepare monthly account analysis and trial balance reports
    Assist in preparation of monthly financial reporting package to be delivered to executive management
    Assists in the integration with parent company
    Other duties, ad hoc analysis and requests as assigned


    Requirements:
    Entertainment and/or related work experience preferred
    Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
    Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
    Must have the ability to provide work free of errors (highly accurate, without frequent revisions)
    Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
    Familiarity with Oracle (Bridge) desired
    Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills


    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
