    Description
    Century Group is working with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $115,000 per year.


    Job Description:
    General Ledger

    Work closely with Team in coordination of month end closeWork closely with FP&A in coordination of annual budget and quarterly forecastsCoordinate accounting for prepaid assets, accrued expenses/liabilities, monthly amortization entries, and account reconciliationsManage daily bank activities, and weekly/monthly bank account reconciliationsCreate and review journal entriesAssist in corporate financial reporting objectives including yearly audit and tax filings

    Reporting Packages / Analysis / Other

    Prepare monthly account analysis and trial balance reportsAssist in preparation of monthly financial reporting package to be delivered to executive managementAssists in the integration with parent companyOther duties, ad hoc analysis and requests as assigned

    Requirements:
    Entertainment and/or related work experience preferredAble to work both independently and collaborate as part of a teamAble to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlinesMust have the ability to provide work free of errors (highly accurate, without frequent revisions)Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skillsFamiliarity with Oracle (Bridge) desiredStrong analytical, problem-solving and organization skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
