    Brief summary of role:


    We are searching for a highly organized People Operations Coordinator to assist our Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams with the coordination and execution of our recruiting efforts and people operations workflow processes.

    This individual will be responsible for the candidate experience, as well as the timely, accurate, and complete data inputs into the HR tech stack platforms.

    We will only consider candidates located in the Greater New Orleans and willing to work a hybrid schedule.


    What you'll be doing:

    • Act as the liaison and deliver a high level of communication among hiring teams, candidates, and other stakeholders
    • Coordinate a high volume of virtual interviews and provide meeting confirmations
    • Maintain accurate candidate data, job postings, and reporting in Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System)
    • Partner with our internal Ops team and broader stakeholders to streamline onboarding, employee information changes/movements, and offboarding, as it relates to full-time employees and contractors
    • Manage data input and data integrity with special attention to confidentiality and ensure organizational change information follows a consistent and reliable process for each HR tech stack platform (People Org, Okta, etc.)
    • Assist employees in understanding and maximizing their benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave of absences policies and wellness programs.
    • Assist Business Partners and Benefits with employee inquiries, HRIS leader with data management and reporting, and the overall People Team with projects as needed

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of Human Resources/People Operations/Talent Acquisition experience
    • Remarkable customer-service focus, with strong verbal and written communication to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Familiarity with project management and possess incredible organizational skills to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Proactive, responsive work style and an empathetic understanding of the candidate and employee experience
    • Independent self-starter, with strong time management and project management skills and comfortable working set timelines and SLAs for project completions

    Nice to have:

    • Previous experience working with HCMs and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
    • Experience working in SaaS/start-up tech companies
    • SHRM-CP or PHR
    Travel Requirements

    This role may require 20% of travel time.

    The duties of this job are performed either in a remote work-from-home environment or in a typical office environment which is well-lit, temperature controlled and free from hazards.

    We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities.

    Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

    The exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.

    All employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.

    Salary Range

    $75,000-$80,000 USD
