The Director of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing, including social media management, website development, SEO optimization, proposal creation, digital advertising, and event planning.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS).
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
