    At Whizz, we are on a mission to revolutionize the transportation industry for delivery drivers. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to access reliable and convenient mobility solutions, regardless of their financial or credit history. Whether a driver is just starting out in the delivery industry or is looking to upgrade their current bike, we are here to help them achieve their goals and make their life easier.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our brand ambassador program.

    Key objectives:

    1. Identify a scalable customer acquisition method for reaching our potential clients (delivery riders).
    2. Scale this acquisition method to attract 400+ customers per month over the next 3 months.
    3. Ensure a reasonable customer acquisition cost that aligns with our business economics.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the recruitment process, emphasizing the identification and cultivation of sales talent to nurture them into proficient sales representatives or affiliates.
    • Develop, refine, and analyze sales scripts, continually optimizing them to enhance effectiveness.
    • Manage program budgets and ensure timely payments to participants.
    • Oversee team scheduling and streamline operations for optimal efficiency.
    • Scout new locations for guerrilla marketing initiatives to expand outreach.
    • Proactively seek cost-effective opportunities to enhance customer acquisition.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales recruitment and development.
    • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage team schedules and operations.
    • Proficiency in script development and optimization.
    • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
    • Creative mindset with a knack for identifying unconventional marketing opportunities.
    • Ability to drive customer acquisition efficiently and cost-effectively.
