- Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of nursing care, ensuring the highest quality of service for our residents.
- Build and empower a thriving nursing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional development, and resident advocacy.
- Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures, adhering to all federal and state regulations.
- Oversee clinical operations, including medication management, staffing, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans for each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, building strong relationships and ensuring transparency.
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred, but Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development is also considered.
- At least 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing, with a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges of older adults.
- 2-5 years of nursing management experience, with a proven track record of successful team leadership and staff development.
- A valid RN license
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for geriatric care and a commitment to resident-centered philosophy.
