  • We are looking for a parttime Assistant Director of Nursing (m/f/d) for Asklepios Klinik Barmbek as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Application management
  • Coordination and organization of interns, volunteers, and civil service workers in the nursing field, including scheduling
  • Coordination of appointment for interviews, employee meetings, and returntowork discussions
  • Administrative and secretarial tasks, including mail, telephone service, etc.
  • Collection and preparation of statistical data
  • Invoicing, invoice control, and approval
  • Granting permissions in IAM
  • Information collection in Share Point
  • Shift planning in SPX

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Team player with at least one year of nursing training
  • Proficient in Excel, Share Point, and computer skills, with strong organizational skills
