Educators (m/f/d) in their recognition year (39.0 hours/week)

for the care of children from one year until they enter kindergarten in our facilities.


The goal of Kinderladen Heuhüpfer is to:

  • Provide reliable, familysupporting childcare for young children in Heidelberg.
  • Offer children a nurturing and loving environment close to their homes with manageable group sizes.
  • Foster children's creativity, imagination, and selfconfidence.
  • Support children in developing ageappropriate social skills and the ability to work in a community, while accompanying them with fun and joy.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an educator or a comparable qualification according to the extended specialist staff catalog 7 of the Child Day Care Act (KiTaG).
  • Empathy, creativity, enjoyment and experience in working with young children, teamwork, commitment, initiative, flexibility, openness.
