The Saxon State Ministry of Education is seeking to fill the position of a

Principal (m/f/d)

at the respective primary school on a permanent basis within the State Office for School and Education.

Requirements for the position are:

Teaching qualification acquired through First and Second State Examination or a Master of Education degree and state examination, or an unlimited teaching permit for teaching at primary schools, or a vocational school degree as a teacher for lower grades with corresponding teaching qualification in German, Mathematics, and one elective subject,
Several years of teaching experience,
Several years of experience as a class teacher,

- and verifiable teaching experience in the subjects of German or Mathematics at a primary school with a teaching qualification for a different subject than primary schools.

Advantageous qualifications include:

Aboveaverage ability for conceptual work, as well as organizational, pedagogical, and budgetary leadership of a school,
Strong ability and willingness to communicate and cooperate,
