Description
We are currently looking for aEmployee for the Department of Control, Personnel and Service (m/f/d)
to start as soon as possible with a working time of 39 hours per week.
The position is permanent and the salary is based on pay group 7 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD).
Your profile- Completed training as a clerk or office communication specialist (m/f/d)
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Independent and resultsoriented work style
- Conscientiousness and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Meeting service
- Reception duties
- Compensation for voluntary work (processing of loss of earnings, payment of allowances and meeting fees, and preparation of annual statements)
- Administrative tasks in the area of administrative services
- Project work
- Management of social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook)
