We are currently looking for a Team Leader for Air Conditioning Technology (m/f/d The position will be filled by Apleona Südost GmbH at the Manching location near Ingolstadt for our client Airbus.

Your responsibilities:

Leading the onsite operational team
Responsible for coordinating and executing service, maintenance, and repair tasks for air conditioning systems
Assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and complex repair measures in the field of air conditioning technology
Operational contact person for our client regarding air conditioning systems
Coordinating projects

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed vocational training as a plumbing and heating engineer or a comparable qualification in the construction industry
Technician or master's degree in air conditioning technology preferred
Professional experience in facility management, building technology, or crosstrade areas such as electrical, heating, ventilation, sanitation, and fire protection is advantageous
Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
Strong service and customer orientation
Class B driver's license is advantageous
