Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for independently managing, coordinating, and monitoring subcontractor services from the start of construction to the handover to our end customers.
Your Education/Qualifications
- You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in the construction industry
- You are familiar with construction law, VOB, and technical regulations
- You take on responsibility and bring loyalty and enthusiasm to your job
- You are highly committed, have strong social skills, and a great team spirit
- You can convince us with your performanceoriented and independent work style
- You have a driver's license (Class B) and are proficient in using common MS Office programs
- You have strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- You enjoy diverse and holistic tasks
