Requirements:

LPN required, RN preferred
Expertise in aging services
Missionmotivated
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Visible, handson leader
Passionate about staff development
Strong organizational leadership skills and ability to help lead the entire Nursing team
Nursing Administration (MDS, Care Plan Nurse, Educator, Restorative Nurses, Staffing Coordinator, Medical Records Coordinator), Nurses, CNAs and Restorative Aides
Excellent critical thinking skills
Ability to review and synthesize information, develop policies and procedures and implement systems
