Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, ensure job descriptions are accurate, and determine selection criteria for open positions
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events and develop longterm recruiting strategies
  • Recruit and screen volunteers as needed for daily activities, recurring opportunities or special events.

$50,000


Requirements:


  • Position works 100% on site
  • Minimum of 1year work experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks
  • Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of applicant tracking software is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in longterm care or healthcare is a plus
  • Strong organization, planning, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of employees and volunteers
