is a new, independent, home care and home nursing business committed to providing exceptional care to our clients in Lake County and Northern Cook County, Illinois.

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our care delivery model and ensuring the well-being of our clients and care professionals.

Responsibilities:

Person-Centric Approach: Craft a high-touch service model that prioritizes the well-being of our clients.

Foundation Building: You'll create the bedrock for our services, overseeing training, scheduling, delivery, coordination, and management of care.

Leadership: As a seasoned professional, you'll build, lead, and manage a team of dedicated professionals.

Lead by Example: Personally providing care periodically or as needed

Innovation: Leverage technology to develop best-in-class solutions that enhance client outcomes and streamline processes.

Business Growth: Help grow our business within our initial area, expand geographically and obtain an Illinois home nursing agency license to expand our services.

Accreditation: Achieve accreditation by The Joint Commission.

• Oversee training and development of home care professionals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for nursing practice
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse: You hold an active Illinois registered nursing license.

Nursing Degree: You obtained a bachelor's degree in nursing.
-
Clinical Skills: You are experienced in caring for older adults.

Leadership Experience: You've served as an assistant director or director of nursing in either a skilled nursing facility or assisted living setting or have been a clinical leader in home health, home nursing or hospice care.

Hospital Background: Your experience extends to working in a hospital environment.

Team Builder: You excel at building, leading, and motivating teams.

Passion for Excellence: You're driven to create exceptional care solutions.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology to enhance care delivery.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing management or leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols
• Experience in shift management and scheduling
• Familiarity with home care, assisted living, or home health settings is preferred
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package:

Base Salary: Between $110,000 and $120,000.

Incentive Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary.
