    A Personal Cruise Consultant typically works for a cruise line or a travel agency specializing in cruises. Their primary responsibility is to assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations tailored to their preferences.

    Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both over the phone and via email or in-person meetings.

    Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding cruise vacations.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Assist clients in selecting the most suitable cruise packages based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements. Explain various cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and excursion options to help clients make informed decisions. Handle the entire booking process, including securing reservations, processing payments, and issuing travel documents. Have a comprehensive understanding of different cruise lines, their fleets, and the unique features of each ship. Provide recommendations and expert advice to clients based on their interests and preferences. Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes related to the cruise industry.

    Participate in training sessions and workshops offered by cruise lines or travel agencies to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Must be 18, open minded, and coachable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
