Qualifications

  • Understanding of health and policy issues affecting people living with HIV (PLWH) and sexual and gender minorities (SGM). (required)
  • Understanding of the unique challenges, health disparities, and other issues affecting SGM, people at risk for HIV/AIDS, people with mpox lived experience, people at risk for mpox, people who use drugs, people who inject, young adults, people who experience homelessness, and people who are touched by the criminal justice system. (required)
  • Excellent graphic design skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. (required)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines including event promotion, program promotion, social media outreach, creative content development, and communications. (required)
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to accuracy and detail to prepare creative materials that are visually engaging and grammatically correct. (required)
  • Excellent communication skills to work with HHIPP team project coordinators and other team members. (required)
  • Proven ability to work independently or as an active member of a team; ability to work under pressure at times while maintaining flexibility needed to execute prioritized tasks. (required)
  • Strong organizational skills to manage various activities and programs with multiple deadlines. (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to use PC desktop computer and software such as MS Word, Excel, electronic mail and the Internet. (required)
