Description
The Night Auditor at the Luskin Conference Center (LCC) is responsible for running the night audit and all related reports - both scheduled and ad hoc.
The incumbent assists the front desk and reservations unit as necessary during breaks, meal periods, and times of increased guest volume.

Qualifications
- 1+ years Experience in hospitality night audit (required) Or
- 1+ years Experience in related field (required)
- Demonstrated skill in accounting principles and procedures (required)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial data sufficient to reconcile accounts and generate financial reports (required)
- Proficient skills using standard business software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite), property management software, hospitality sales software, business analytics tools (e.g. Essbase/SmartView), and accounting and finance systems (required)
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to multitask while meeting all business and regulatory deadlines (required)
- Analytical skills to anticipate potential problems or sensitive situations, recognize relevant factors and present viable alternatives or solutions (required)
- Skill in performing basic bookkeeping transactions (required)
- Skill in operating a 10key calculator by touch (required)
- Demonstrated ability to create customized reports, databases, and financial analyses (required)
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills including political acumen and social perceptiveness (required)
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work cooperatively as part of a team (required)
- Ability to engage with diverse populations in a respectful and culturally responsive manner (required)
- Skill in writing grammatically correct business English, such as reports, memos, and other routine correspondence (required)
