    Organization: Solar and Energy Loan Fund (SELF)

    Job Title: Central Florida Loan Program Manager

    Classification: Exempt under FLSA

    Location: Hybrid Remote - Central Florida, specifically in the Orlando Area

    Position Overview:

    The Central Florida Loan Program Manager will engage in community outreach, recruit energy contractors, and assist clients in navigating loan programs. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.

    Experience and Skills:

    • Minimum of 3 years of loan officer experience.
    • Experience with consumer loan processing and other loan types.
    • Knowledge of CDFIs, impact investment, or community banking.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
    • Basic understanding of home renovations and energy efficiency.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, and financial software.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Engage with the community in various forums.
    • Establish relationships with contractors and government partners.
    • Manage client and contractor relations, loan documentation, and loan closings.
    • Assist clients in product selection and project coordination.
    • Collaborate with internal teams on strategic marketing efforts.

    Physical Demands and Requirements:

    This office-based position may require lifting up to 20 lbs. Regular communication with clients via phone, email, and video calls is essential.
