My experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida has equipped
me with the necessary skills to participate and lead projects aimed at supporting customers in
transitioning to a new technology node or ramping up a specific technology node. In my recent
project, I improved the yield of semiconductor device fabrication by 60% by redesigning the
photo-mask used in the photolithography process. This made the patterns very easy to be read by
the e-beam writer and saved 50% of the time and money spent in fabricating devices in the
research group. I have also designed photomasks and simulated lithography processes for the
fabrication of a miniaturized transistor using MATLAB and AUTOCAD software.
In addition, I have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. I am
well organized and perform tasks at a high standard with little or no supervision. My proficiency
in programming languages such as Python, R, and MATLAB, as well as my skillful use of
statistical data analysis and Design of Experiments, enables me to conduct data analysis to
