    Customer Service Representative

    West Valley, UT

    $16.00/hr.

    Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Responsibilities:
    Handle all inbound calls and answer questions about windshield warranty claims.

    Approach customer complaints with empathy and patience.

    Document each call and transaction in our customer database or CRM system.

    Keep customer satisfaction levels high


    Skills and Experience Required:
    At least six months of call center experience

    A High School Diploma or GED

    Ability to thrive in collaborative environments.

    Written and verbal communication skills
