The German Professional Association for Nursing Professions is the largest non-denominational professional interest group for nurses in Germany. We are providers of educational programs for nursing professions and represent home care and semi-stationary care facilities. We see education as a key factor for good nursing quality and professional success. Investing in education is an investment in good care and also makes the nursing profession attractive.

The DBfK Nordwest is looking for a new member to join our education team at our Hannover or Essen location as soon as possible in a permanent position as a:

Education Coordinator (m/f/d) for Continuing Education in Full or Part-Time

Your responsibilities include:

Conceptualization and coordination of educational offerings
Monitoring of the education market, competitors, and needs
Conceptual and strategic development of educational offerings
Development of a marketable education program on behalf of DBfK Nordwest
Implementation of individual educational offerings for professional nurses in all care areas
Contact management with hospitals, care facilities, practices, and other settings of professional nursing practice, as well as universities and continuing education institutions with the goal of marketing educational offerings as inhouse or cooperative programs
Contacting and recruiting lecturers for the educational work of DBfK Nordwest
Formulating quality criteria in educational work and quality management
Controlling educational work
