  • Tasks in the product regulation team: handling complex technical issues with a focus on safety
  • Involvement of interface partners from international markets, product management, development, legal department, certification, and quality area
  • You will accompany the preparation and followup of these topics for presentation in the relevant decisionmaking bodies, as well as the international communication of decisions
  • You are characterized by a structured way of working, strong analytical skills, and a binding and friendly communication style
  • You work in a globally operating team and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and with high quality in your role in multiproject management
  • This includes, for example, preparing international coordination with market organizations worldwide, analyzing issues on current vehicles, or supporting various inquiries
  • Your diverse tasks also include independent reporting tasks, recording and further development of teamspecific KPIs, and driving digital organization
  • Tasks in the field action management team: coordination of recalls and customer service measures, preparation of data, compilation of necessary information, coordination with product management
  • Independent tracking of approved field actions until software, parts, work instructions, etc. are available
  • Deadline control and tracking for the availability of SFMs in the field and independent publication of field actions
