Description
Your future responsibilities:
- As an administrative clerk (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire fleet, as well as the support and advice of our colleagues.
- You will be in charge of managing leasing contracts and handling damage claims.
- You will act as a liaison between car dealerships and workshops and perform administrative tasks related to the fleet.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and evaluating reports (e.g. cost analyses).
- Vehicle handovers and returns will also be part of your responsibilities.
Your desired qualifications:
- Do you have a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship?
- Ideally, you have gained several years of experience as an administrative clerk (e.g. in a car dealership) and impress with your friendly and professional demeanor.
- You are available for 20 hours per week at our location in Osnabrück.
- You have a good and quick understanding, work independently and organized with the PC and various Microsoft programs (Office, Teams).
- Good Excel skills are also desirable.
