Your future responsibilities:


  • As an administrative clerk (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire fleet, as well as the support and advice of our colleagues.
  • You will be in charge of managing leasing contracts and handling damage claims.
  • You will act as a liaison between car dealerships and workshops and perform administrative tasks related to the fleet.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and evaluating reports (e.g. cost analyses).
  • Vehicle handovers and returns will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your desired qualifications:


  • Do you have a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship?
  • Ideally, you have gained several years of experience as an administrative clerk (e.g. in a car dealership) and impress with your friendly and professional demeanor.
  • You are available for 20 hours per week at our location in Osnabrück.
  • You have a good and quick understanding, work independently and organized with the PC and various Microsoft programs (Office, Teams).
  • Good Excel skills are also desirable.
