- Your main tasks include crosssite disciplinary and professional management of the employee service department
- You are responsible for the legally secure, professional and serviceoriented implementation of all personnelrelated processes for employee care
- You develop the employee service department further, taking on a proactive role in reviewing, changing, introducing and shaping HR processes
- You also participate in the design and consultation of personnel policy topics
- You assist with labor law and collective bargaining issues
- In detail:
- Ensuring professional and efficient structures and processes for employee care, with a focus on service and customer orientation, is also part of your responsibilities
- You take care of the legally secure processing and implementation of personnel measures in the employee service department
- You standardize and actively participate in the optimization of personnel processes from a labor law and collective bargaining perspective across locations
