What to Expect:


  • Your main tasks include crosssite disciplinary and professional management of the employee service department
  • You are responsible for the legally secure, professional and serviceoriented implementation of all personnelrelated processes for employee care
  • You develop the employee service department further, taking on a proactive role in reviewing, changing, introducing and shaping HR processes
  • You also participate in the design and consultation of personnel policy topics
  • You assist with labor law and collective bargaining issues
  • In detail:
  • Ensuring professional and efficient structures and processes for employee care, with a focus on service and customer orientation, is also part of your responsibilities
  • You take care of the legally secure processing and implementation of personnel measures in the employee service department
  • You standardize and actively participate in the optimization of personnel processes from a labor law and collective bargaining perspective across locations
