    Position Summary:

    The Junior Accounts Representative will be a vital addition to our dynamic team, serving as the frontline of interaction with our clients and the backbone of our project execution. This role combines the finesse of client relationship management with the operational precision of art logistics, offering an unparalleled opportunity to grow within the nexus of art and logistics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring an exceptional standard of service and satisfaction.
    2. Generate accurate estimates and oversee budgets for client activities and logistics projects.
    3. Liaise with the operations team to efficiently coordinate and implement art handling assignments.
    4. Assist in handling artwork transportation logistics, including documentation and customs processes.
    5. Monitor and maintain the condition and inventory of artworks, ensuring they are securely packed and stored.
    6. Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
    7. Support marketing initiatives to expand our clientele and maintain ArtMoves' esteemed reputation.
    8. Engage with our community and clientele through social media and other platforms, enhancing the ArtMoves brand experience.
    9. Contribute to the planning and execution of client events and exhibitions, reflecting the elegance of the art we handle.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Arts, Museum Studies, or a related field preferred.

    1-3 years of experience in art handling, logistics, or a client-facing role within the arts sector.

    Demonstrated ability in managing client relationships and executing complex projects.

    Familiarity with art installation, packing, crating, and conservation techniques.

    Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

    A proactive and professional approach, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

    Competency in MS Office Suite and social media platforms.

    Willingness to travel occasionally for client projects and events.

    Desired Attributes:

    Experience with art fairs and understanding of the international art market.

    Knowledge of digital inventory management systems and database handling.

    A passion for the arts combined with logistical acumen.
