- Performs full cycle accounts payable processes for various entities part of GBS; matching and reviewing vouchers for appropriate approvals, weekly payment runs.
- Proactive in identifying issues and takes the initiative to find solutions.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with vendors, providing timely response to all inquiries.
- To Collaborate well with business and procurement teams to ensure successful end to end invoice processing with 3 way match for PO Invoices and for timely approvals and coding for Non-PO Invoices.
- Assist with month-end AP close tasks, and preparation of reports for AP accruals, AP aging reports for AP reconciliations.
- Serves as point of contact for vendor relations.
- Being part of GBS Accounts Payable team, ensure compliance with all AP internal processes.
- Ensure all invoices are paid in an efficient and timely manner.
- Provide excellent, timely customer service to internal and external stake holders.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of process flows and internal controls.
- Maintain and follow TMC Quality System requirements.
- Associate is responsible to follow requirements of applicable national and international regulations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous working experience with OCR technology to support automated invoice processing is a plus.
- To be available to work during US EST time zone working hours shift.
