Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS...

  • Processing of accounts payable and receivable, including cash book
  • General ledger accounting and account maintenance
  • Close collaboration with the tax consultant
  • Payment transactions and dunning
  • Review of travel expenses and credit card statements
  • Administrative office tasks and document management
Qualifications

OUR REQUIREMENTS...

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship combined with further qualifications in accounting, financial accounting, or similar
  • Practical experience in finance and accounting
  • Proficient in DATEV accounting system and MS Excel
  • Independent, structured, and conscientious work style with strong commercial and logical thinking skills
  • High standards for accuracy, precision, and quality
  • Solutionoriented and resultsdriven approach
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
