For our client, a leading manufacturer of medical technology that combines tradition and innovation, we are looking for a
Machine Operator Helper for Blister Packaging (m/f/d) - Career Changers in Neuss for eventual permanent employment.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting colleagues at the blister packaging machines and also assisting with manual packaging.
  • Approaching all tasks in a planned and careful manner and being eager to learn new things.
  • Establishing yourself as a valuable team member in a 23 shift operation and contributing your own ideas for optimizing work processes.

Your qualifications:


  • Previous experience operating machines and equipment is an advantage, but not essential.
  • You have technical experience or understanding.
  • You enjoy challenges, working responsibly, and having fun at work.
