    Description


    The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

    This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

    General Ledger Management:
    Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.

    Tax Compliance:
    Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

    Audit Support:
    Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits. Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

    Financial Analysis:
    Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.

    Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

    Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and foster a collaborative work environment.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    CPA certification or on CPA track
    Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles and regulations.
    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
