    Description
    The Keller Group is currently recruiting for a

    Senior Accountant

    for one of our long-term, national clients.

    This individual will play a critical role in leading the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes across multiple entities nationwide.

    Responsibilities include overseeing reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, billings, and cash management, as well as preparing financial management reports and supporting staff accountants.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
    Perform reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and billings
    Manage cash flow and financial reporting
    Support and mentor staff accountants
    Prepare financial management reports
    Multitask and adjust priorities as needed
    Collaborate effectively with field operations and other departments
    Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
    Demonstrate willingness to roll up sleeves and assist where needed

    Qualifications:
    Degree in Accounting
    Previous experience in a senior accounting role preferred
    Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    High attention to detail
    Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
    Proficiency with NetSuite preferred, but not required
