    The SENIOR ACCOUNTANT will be responsible for the financial statement preparation and general ledger completeness and accuracy; responsible for maintaining internal controls that ensures that company assets are adequately safeguarded and that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies, SOX requirements and US GAAP. (Hybrid)

    SENIOR ACCOUNTANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in all the general accounting functions, which includes internal financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, billing and inter-company accounting, and balance sheet management.
    • Ensure monthly financial close process and preparation of financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Assist the management with the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley activities relative to internal controls documentation and testing and updating records.
    • Assist with external audits annually.
    • Responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly account reconciliations.

    SENIOR ACCOUNTANT QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
    • Mastery of GAAP accounting concepts and current accounting and financial reporting practices
    • A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and dependability with a strong sense of results-oriented urgency is required.
    • The ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff within the organization, including other departments, is required.

    BENEFITS & SALARY

    • Salary Range $85k - $100k plus 10% bonus
    • Medical/dental/vision (Employee + Spouse $150 pay period)
    • PTO, 401K with 6% match, 12 paid Holidays
