    SPOTIO is hiring a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven success in an outbound sales SaaS environment, cold calling/emailing, setting appointments with c-suite leaders for Account Executives to close, and investigative screening.

    They will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for delivering and bringing SPOTIO's compelling story to life through outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.

    Our BDR will take pride in providing access to a powerful solution for companies with field sales teams, which enables them and their sales managers to reduce administrative work, boost customer acquisition, and increase visibility with real-time data.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct 50+ outbound cold calls a day Strategically use other methods of outbound to source prospects and close new business Send emails to prospective customers with a goal to schedule 8+ appointments a month for Account Executives Qualify leads and determine potential fit for SPOTIO Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product and how it can help our customers Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy Meet and exceed individual and team goals for appointment setting and lead generation Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce & Outreach Learn SPOTIO's target market to conduct market research Requirements 1+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales Reside in Dallas, Texas in order to commute to our office and commit to hybrid work Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or related field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a SaaS environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic BenefitsDay 1 SPOTIO Benefits: Medical Insurance - SPOTIO will pay 100% on the base plan Dental and Vision Insurance - SPOTIO will pay 75% on the base plan 401K with 3% company match $750 Learning and Development Stipend per year 8 paid holidays + 3 weeks of paid time off Voluntary benefits (pet insurance, legal, accident) 24/7 EAP - Free Professional Counseling Services Work from home flexibility - Monday, Thursday, and Friday SPOTIO

    Work Environment:
    This position is hybrid. We work in the office twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
