Who You Are
As the Senior Manager/Director of Revenue Operations, you are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in finance and operations, particularly in the SaaS industry.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Extensive experience in revenue operations (including working within ), finance, and SaaS business models.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret revenue data and drive strategic decision-making.
Proven track record in optimizing revenue streams and improving financial performance.
Ability to develop and implement revenue strategies that align with business objectives.
You are based in Utah - While we are a hybrid work environment and support remote work, we also have collaborative team events where it is important to be able to have everyone in the office.
What You'll DoLead the revenue operations team, overseeing all revenue operations aspects of the business.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency.
Manage revenue forecasting and planning processes.
Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
Drive process improvements to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
You Get Bonus Points If
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, finance, or a related field.
Experience in implementing financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Proven ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop RevOps team members.
