    As the Senior Manager, HRIS, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and operation of our new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), BambooHR. This role is both technical and managerial, requiring a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong business acumen.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • HRIS Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation process of BambooHR, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Continuously optimize the HRIS to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Automation of our manual processes
    • Project Management: Serve as the project manager for all HRIS-related initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Workflow and Business Process Management: Design and optimize HR workflows and business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for automation and lead initiatives to streamline processes, with a focus on key areas such as onboarding.
    • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including reporting and analytics. Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to provide actionable insights to leadership. Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS management or related roles, with demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing HRIS systems. (Experience with G-Suite is a plus)
    • Strong technical proficiency, with experience working with HRIS platforms (experience with BambooHR is a plus but not required)
    • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
    • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
    • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
