    Description

    Our national multi-family management company seeks a Marketing Assistant with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to collaborate, strategize, and implement pivotal direction with the Marketing team to further Allied Orion Group.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for providing support for marketing teams and campaigns. Will also be involved in creative tasks such as writing marketing copy, managing social media accounts (including creating images and videos), and coordinating press releases

    REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

    SUPERVISES: N/A

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING

    DEGREES AND DIPLOMAS

    High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or related field required;

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.
    2. Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
    3. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
    4. Working closely with sales and marketing department.
    5. Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
    6. Giving Presentations.
    7. Maintaining a marketing database.
    8. Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
    9. Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.
    10. Understanding company product and brand
    11. Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
    12. Organizing market research.
    13. Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
    14. Updating social media accounts.
    15. Performs other duties as assigned.
