    Overview:

    Marketing Assistant

    Assist and support the day-to-day marketing needs of the Marketing Department.

    Responsibilities:
    • Fielding sales calls
    • Keeping track of billings and expenditures
    • Opening work orders and trafficking jobs
    • Researching opportunities and proposals
    • Assisting the Brand Manager in facilitating the production of promotional materials
    • Ordering collateral supplies
    • Working with managers on developing and implementing local marketing opportunities
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
    • Previous marketing experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
    • Excellent phone communication skills, good organizational and good writing skills
    • Detail oriented, self-motivated and conscientious on follow through
    • Professional personal presentation with cordial one-on-one presence
