OVERVIEW
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
- Support the Brand Manager in organizing various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze brands and competitor analysis.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (monitoring and analyzing brand performance metrics).
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and nonfinancial information
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports.
- Providing overall support to the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies, achieving brand objectives, and ensuring brand integrity across all touchpoints.
- Communicate directly with brands and encourage trusting relationships.
- Organizing and uploading brand content online, making sure it's complete and relevant.
- Monitoring purchase orders for while communicating effectively with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant
- Strong administrative skills
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
- Wellorganized with a brandoriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Exquisite communication and people skills
PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
