- Gather and analyze data, blueprints, and reports
- Maintain and improve plant layout drawings/library
- Determine facility and equipment specifications
- Support facility expansion, layout changes, and quality controls
- Manage projects to successful completion
- Develop and improve maintenance plans
- Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare reports and compliance documentation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Assist with equipment breakdown troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong technical understanding and communication skills

- Familiarity with CAD, Microsoft Office, PLC applications, ERP, and CMMS
