Tasks and Process

The training alternates between theory and practical phases, lasting three or six months each. At the Dual University of Applied Sciences Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Ravensburg, you will learn the theory of mechanics, mechanical engineering, and business administration. These learning contents will then be applied and deepened during the practical phases at ZF Friedrichshafen AG in our own projects. It is possible to complete one semester abroad during the practical phase. The training contract guarantees you a regular income from the first day and thus ensures your financial independence.
