  • Appointment preparation and coordination with service advisors and parts department
  • Order preparation and maintenance of customer and vehicle data
  • Explanation of the service invoice and its creation
  • Preparation of vehicle documents for vehicle pickup

  • Very good manners and excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Quick understanding of complex tasks
