- Expansion: Build and execute a playbook for launching new Kinetic Hub locations quickly and efficiently. Working with our Hub Operations team as well as Sales and Engineering, develop the methodology for how we select new markets, identify potential locations therein, and lead the build-out, either in-person or remotely.
- Data Driven Decisionmaking: Working with Product and Engineering, define metrics and KPIs that are critical to the success of Kinetic's business and build dashboards and monitoring systems to ensure this data is accessible to all relevant stakeholders. Once these frameworks are in place, work to build out both process and product that help assure these metrics are always moving in the right directions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of ADAS calibration activities with overall business objectives. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on calibration operations and address any issues or concerns.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations with a particular focus in logistics and B2B marketplaces.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- General knowledge of the Automotive Industry is a plus but not required.

Role Summary
