Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Director of Operations to join our team.

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Effectively convert confirmed customer orders into cash, while consistently meeting or beating commitments to customers and the corporation in terms of schedule, performance, and COGS
  • Identify, analyze, and sustainably improve operational execution/predictability in those areas that are deemed most critical to maximizing business growth & profitability
  • Develop, define, and refine manufacturing systems & processes to support business strategy and consistently execute at desired levels
  • Ensure the factory floor is consistently clean, wellorganized, and easily understood by those who work here and those who visit
  • Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop operations staff in ways that create maximum competitive advantage for the business
  • Be an effective member of the Reynolds management team

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from fouryear college or university
  • Seven (7) years related experience overseeing Operations in a Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

Salary range:
$180k - $195

Due to the nature of our work and facility access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (including US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or refugees).


Pay:
$149, $199,980.00 per year
