- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of hands-on experience in human resources.
- HR generalist experience within a manufacturing plant or with an industrial equipment distributor.
- Proficiency working with ADP Workforce Now and PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
- Previous exp. working with unions is a huge plus
