    The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is looking for accomplished HR professionals for an amazing opportunity near Prior Lake, MN Boasting over 90 years of success, this family-owned business represents top construction equipment brands and embraces a positive culture. A highly visible role offering you a chance to be an impactful contributor

    As the next Human Resources Manager you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, advise management on HR matters, and manage the employee lifecycle. This role will need someone who is very "hands-on" and dedicated to getting the job done.

    This role will provide a supportive work environment, career advancement opportunities, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, stability, and growth.

    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of hands-on experience in human resources.
    • HR generalist experience within a manufacturing plant or with an industrial equipment distributor.
    • Proficiency working with ADP Workforce Now and PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
    • Previous exp. working with unions is a huge plus
