The role of a Location Services Representative is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within a branch. This position requires a meticulous individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks with proficiency. ????

Responsibilities include preparing project packets, maintaining an up-to-date filing system, and generating reports for both management and clients. Additionally, the representative will handle the ordering and receiving of office and operational supplies, adhering to the protocols set by the Location and Operations Managers. ????

A candidate for this role should bring:

At least 2 years of relevant experience, showcasing their ability to navigate office tasks with ease.
Proficiency in computer skills is paramount, as the job involves working with multiple software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. ?????
The ability to manage spreadsheets, word processing, and email communication effectively is also essential.
Furthermore, a valid driver's license and a minimum of three years of driving experience are required to fulfill the duties associated with this position. ????
This role is suited for a detail-oriented, organized individual who can contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of branch operations.
