Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Own communication and status reporting related to the Agency Management System's download functions and configuration.
  • Guide new acquisitions on interface adoption and promote download for existing lines of business.
  • Test new versions/updates of the Agency Management Systems for download compliance.
  • Serve as a Help Desk Escalation point for download and carrier services related issues.
  • Perform low to moderate system administration tasks such as validation of automated data loads, importing of data files, reconciliation of system processes and/or file transmissions.
  • Assists IT, vendors, and business system analysts in performing root cause analysis and issue remediation related to carrier services/download.
  • Participates in evaluating, reviewing, and automating existing processes.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors' degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience preferred.
  • 3 years of prior experience with Insurance Agency Management, CRM, or related financial industry system support OR 3 years of prior experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Agency utilizing carrier services such as policy download, direct bill commissions download and/or realtime transactions with carriers.
  • Insurance brokerage industry experience is a plus.

Other Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analysis and data manipulation.
  • Strong phone communication and follow up skills to lead efficient and effective interactions with agency partners.
  • Detailoriented with excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
